- Dark spot care: Place the smooth side directly on the spot — face or body — and leave for 3–5 minutes as a mini mask. Pat any remaining essence into the skin. Do not rinse.
- Texture care: Use the embossed side to gently wipe across the entire face or body area. Sweeps away dead skin, roughness and product buildup.
- Body care: Same as face — soft side for masking targeted areas (underarms, inner thighs, elbows, knees), embossed side to smooth larger zones (chest, back, arms).
- Frequency: Once daily, ideally at night on clean skin. Follow with moisturiser. SPF in the morning.
